A/E Responsibilities:  Discover, acquire, and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold-calling, e-mail, telemarketing and in person presentations to offer our wide range of services. Make professional recommendations based on budget and customers goals. Maintain communication and a professional working relationship with client and ensure their satisfaction. Communicate with TMP management full details of work scope being provided to client.

Our Responsibilities: Is to support our sales staff with the tools needed to establish and retain a quality customer base for a long term sales relationship. Aid in pricing, proposals and to assistance in closing deals. Deliver high quality, time sensitive and cost effective products and services to the customer.

Compensation: As an account executive with TMP your commission structure is based on product profitability. On a productivity scale you will receive 30-50% of the project/service profit margin. This is a commission based position with a realistic 1st year income of 35 to 40k.

Growth Opportunity: We will be advancing directly from our sales department into sales management.
